Driving the Workforce to be the Change

With the launch of British American Tobacco (BAT) Malaysia’s new employee value proposition, the FMCG company is spurring its people to become the change they wish to see in the world. After all, change starts from within.

Over the past year, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated change and transformed the way businesses operate globally.
