By Ahmed Wafi

Make it your best – and most memorable – career fair ever.

With GRADUAN® ASPIRE happening this weekend, you’ll want to get the best experience to maximise its potential (and that’s landing the next big thing in your career!). So here are some tips to help you get the best out of the career fair, before, during and after.

## BEFORE THE FAIR

REGISTER
First things first – register for the fair at graduan.com/aspire. Don’t forget to verify your account by checking your email and clicking the link. Once that’s done, update your profile and your latest resume to your account.

DOWNLOAD THE GRADUAN® APP
For quick and easy entry to the fair, the GRADUAN® App is for you! Available on both App Store and Google Play, the app is designed to ensure your experience is a smooth one. Once registered to the event, display your QR code at the entrance and you can start your job hunt! You can also scan the QR codes of potential employers using the app to have your resume sent directly to your company of interest (just make sure your resume is uploaded to your profile first).

## DURING THE FAIR

LOOK THE PART
Be sure to wear something that screams “hire me!” if you want to make a lasting impression. Refer to our 'Dress to Impress' guidelines for more tips!

BRING COPIES OF YOUR RESUME
Uploaded your latest resume to your GRADUAN® profile? Check. Now, make sure you bring a hard copy of your resume in case employers want to have a look at it on the spot.

GET CONTACTS AND BUSINESS CARDS
After speaking to the company representatives of at the fair, don’t forget to ask for their business cards or contact details (if they’re comfortable with sharing the latter). This is for networking purposes and future career opportunities!

## AFTER THE FAIR

FOLLOW UP
Drop that company rep you met at the fair a text or email thanking them for their time and continue to express your interest in the job you applied for.
