On 13 February 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TYMBA Education Group - ACCA-certified global professional accounting training centre - and online employment portal GRADUAN® took place at Naza Tower with the objective to cultivate agile talent who can adjust to the ever-changing environment in the accounting and finance sector.
TYMBA Education Group promotes world-renowned professional accountancy programmes. In less than a year, TYMBA was able to receive worldwide certification such as ACCA Authorized Learning Partner, ICAEW Partner in Learning, and BPP Tuition Solution Associate Provider due to the over-3,000 students who passed their exams under the guidance of selectively chosen tutors.
As the leading and most trusted career resource for Malaysian talent, GRADUAN® not only guides young talent in their journey to become part of Malaysia’s energetic workforce but is also the preferred partner for leading Malaysian employers when it comes to recruitment and employer branding. The MoU formally establishes the partnership between the two impactful organisations, initiating a paramount bridge between the accounting and finance students of TYMBA with a wide range of top organisations that are most compatible with their areas of expertise on GRADUAN®’s platform.TYMBA alumni who have completed their accountancy studies will be given preference for applications and job openings on the GRADUAN® platform.
The GRADUAN® community, on the other hand, will have access to TYMBA’s workshops and seminars as well as its facilities for skill development programmes, internships, and on-the-job training options. Moreover, TYMBA will provide GRADUAN® members access to its network of business experts who will engage as mentors and advisors.
