All the Exciting Concerts (and More!) to Look Forward to in 2023

Now that the Blackpink concert is done and dusted… guess what, there’s more to look forward too! Ever since life is back to nearly normal post pandemic, KL has been getting a slew of popular artistes from all over coming in for concerts. Not that we’re complaining one bit – especially when it felt like all we did was work work work during those WFH days of MCO!

What to look forward to? Here are the ones we’re excited about.

Louis Tomlison Faith in the Future World Tour
26 April 2023, Plenary Hall, KLCC
Directioners, rejoice! A fav band member is making is his way to our city for the Asian leg tour (we’re one of the only five countries in Asia!) and we can’t wait to catch Louis Tomlison live. This singer-songwriter has enjoyed many great success with sold-out tours and we’re willing to bet that this won’t be any different.

EXO-SC Back to Back Fancon Tour
14 May 2023, Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre
K-pop stars sure are making their way to our shores and we say, bring them on! Catch Chanyeol and Sehum from the popular South-Korean boy group Exo who had a two-year hiatus as a subunit. No details about tickets yet but follow Instagram for more details.

Honne May 2023 Asia Tour

One for electronic music enthusiasts! Honne from London will be making their way to KL, bringing with them their popular hazy and dreamy sounds that have been hitting all the right notes with Asian fans! Let’s just say it’s something you don’t want to miss if you love this music genre.

Cigarettes After Sex Asia 2023 Tour

Now this is something we’re so looking forward too! Cigarettes After Sex in KL! The American pop band which is an Internet sensation for its soft yet grungy music will be bringing hot hits such as Apocalypse and Sunsetz to their fans here in KL. Tickets are sold out obviously but hey who knows, maybe you might get lucky and find yourself tickets!

Muse Will of the People World Tour 2023
29 July 2023, Bukit Kiara Equestrian Resort
Part of their world tour, Muse will be making only one stop in Asia and boy are we lucky it’s KL! Muse fans contain your excitement. The two-time Grammy award-winning rock band is set to perform their hits such as Starlight and Supermassive Black Hole. Here’s a fun fact: This will be the band’s second return to Malaysia in 16 years since their last concert in 2007.

Good Vibes Festival
21 to 23 July 2023, Sepang International Circuit
Why just settle for one act when you can have many cool acts! Good Vibes Festival promised to come back with its biggest lineup and boy, it is big. This year’s headliners include The Strokes, The 1975 and Australian rapper The Kid LAROI. Also featuring are international artists like Porter Robinson, DPR Live, and local faves like Blink, Airliftz and so much more to be announced. We’re ready to party!
