All About GRADUAN Career Conference 2022! 🙇‍♀️

By now, you already know that we will be having our first physical GRADUAN® Career Fair & Conference this 3 December 2022 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (or if you haven’t, read all about it here!) Aside from the opportunity to meet and network with Malaysia’s leading employers, there’s something else to look forward to: The GRADUAN® Career Conference!

Wait, what is this? Here’s a quick summary: The GRADUAN Career Conference is where we get industry bigwigs to come and share some insights with you during the fair. We’ve had some of the most exciting speakers to talk about the latest work trends and even share tips on how to succeed in their industries. Many talents who attend our fair look forward to this conference because not only do they get to meet big names from various industries in person but they also get to hear super valuable information and insider tips they won’t get elsewhere. Plus, the topics are really engaging and can offer a unique insight into what’s happening in working cultures these days.

What’s in store for this year’s GRADUAN Career Conference? For starters, the conference which used to be exclusive for selected talents are now open to all – meaning you can attend all the forums and industry insight sessions! We currently have three forums planned where we will have a panel of experts sharing their insights:

• Digital Matrix – Reinvention in the Digital Age with EY, Gamuda and Maxis
• What Makes a Preferred Employer with Great Eastern, Nestlé, Prudential, TDCX and UOB
• Evolution of Work with AmBank, Micorn, Lotus’s and TM

Among speakers who will be at these forums include Sarinah Abu Bakar, Chief Human Capital Officer of TM; Rohani Mustaffa, Group Chief Human Resources Officer from AmBank Group; Lee Kok Choong, Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development, Human Capital at Prudential; Aline Pasang, Director Leadership & Organisation Development at Prudential and the list goes on!

Not to be missed are also the Industry Insight sessions that will also happen through the day led by our participating organisations as well. In total, there will be five sessions by Huawei, PLUS, Shell, Axiata and PwC.

Also worth noting are the two keynotes that will take place on the day as well. The first one by last year’s Most Preferred Employer, Maybank and then later during the day, another one by CIMB.

Phew – sounds like there will be something almost at every single hour during the fair! And you know what, that’s right!
