Job Scope

Provide supports and services to the agency force such as training & development, complaints handling, organizing motivational talks & managing end result in terms of overall performance.

Job Description :

  • Assist Regional Senior Agency Director / Regional Agency Director in business development to achieve regional Sales Target and recruitment goal

  • Organise sales/business development activities such as seminars and business reviews

  • Monitoring the performance of agency force through effective communication and reports

  • To prepare & analyse timely performance reports for agencies.

  • Assist & resolve problems face by field force with various departments.

  • To support respective regional BD team in terms of coordination of regional contest and reports

  • Compile reports from IM to field force

  • Assist any other assignments/projects/tasks given

  • Identify & organise special activities for "weak" leaders & agency force to ensure they increase their performance & continue supporting the company

  • Any other assignments given by the senior management

Field of Study

Business Studies/Administration/Management

The Person:

  • Possess a recognized degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or any business-related field

  • Between 2-3 years of working experience in a business development, marketing, distribution, or sales line in insurance, unit trust, banking or FMCG environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, with a demonstrable track record in sales/marketing/business development

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, dynamic and hands-on, with high verbal and numerical literacy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Words)

  • Good organizing skills and presentation skills

  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

  • Preferably someone who can communicate in Mandarin
